Unwine Vineyards was born from our family vineyard in upstate New York, tucked near the Finger Lakes - a place where we learned that wine feels best when life slows down. Unwine is both what we create and how we live.
Our Bethlehem, PA tasting room brings that same easygoing, back-to-nature energy to the community. We craft each small-batch wine with a simple philosophy: if it’s good enough for our family, it’s good enough to share. Here, you’ll find seven distinctive wines, along with a rotating selection of Pennsylvania beers and local spirits.
But Unwine is more than a winery. Mary’s artwork fills our space, and her handcrafted herbal products and candles - made with organic, sustainable ingredients - add a warm, personal touch that makes the tasting room feel like home.

Unwine Vineyards is the creative partnership of the two of us - Joel & Mary - a winemaker and an artist who share a love for simple, beautiful living.
Joel crafts the wines, bringing patience, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to every batch. For him, winemaking is a way to slow down, pay attention, and create something that brings people together.
Mary brings the artistry. Her paintings and handmade herbal products fill our space with color, texture, and intention. From candles to remedies, everything she creates reflects her belief in natural living, organic ingredients, and the kind of handcrafted quality you can feel.

The Chalet at Unwine Vineyards
Our cozy chalet sits on 50 acres in the heart of New York’s wine region - the place that inspired the name “Unwine.” Surrounded by young grapes, scenic trails, and wide-open skies, it’s a cozy retreat designed for slowing down and reconnecting with nature.
The home sleeps six and includes a first-floor master bedroom, two additional sleeping areas, a full kitchen, and an open living space with French doors leading to a sunny deck. It’s bright, comfortable, and fully equipped for your home-away-from-home stay.
With vineyard paths, a pond, seasonal activities, and the Finger Lakes region just a short drive away, there’s always something to explore - or you can simply relax under the stars with a glass of wine!
